I called FM this afternoon and spoke to Keith. Within 1 minute, Keith had my information and a map sent to my email for me to try. I didn't even think about calling...always sent the email. Great company wiith even greater customer service!

fuelmoto is one of the few companies out there that actually have customer service where someone who answers the phone actually knows what they are talking about. I hope they never change.

this may be a little off topic from this thread, but it was the first one about power commanders from the search.

while installing my power commander, i went to turn the bike on after everything was plugged in correctly, and there was a spark from a loose ground behind the back cylinder, on the case right behind the starter.(this is a sportster 48)

everything went dead. i tightened the ground, everything had power, it started, but ran like crap. is this because the computer is re learning its parameters again from the sensors like a car would? is the computer messed up? i went back and put everything back to stock and the bike still ran like crap, blowing black smoke and idling rough. the engine light came on as well. any help on this would be appreciated greatly!!

thanks in advance to anyone and everyone.
