I ran 24 disks in my 113" with a closed end cap and could not get the flat spot out of if after 30 custom maps. An open end cap and 16 to 20 disks is probably what it will take to let the 120" breathe.

You can see the pipe in my signature I am waiting on that supposedly performs and is quiet. We'll see????

The Boarzilla was punishing my ears even with the quiet baffle but it did run well.

Probably your pipe is holding it back and causing your dip and low numbers. Do you have the 58mm and high flow injectors? You can feel the clutch if you get out on the highway and open it up in too high of gear for the speed your going. Tach will climb way faster than mph if it's pretty bad. Trying to quiet that motor down is probably going to cost you performance, 120R and quiet don't go in the same sentence. I put the Boarzilla on and it seems to run strong but it sets car alarms off around town. Not really happy about it but why buy a performance supposed race motor and expect high performance and quiet.

Well if the clutch isn't slipping, and it's not running lean or anything, I can deal with it for now. If it needs the open end cap, so be it. It will be really loud then.

I wanted torque, not HP [readulling not speed.] So I figured I'd start with this and maybe cam up later. If the Supertrapp is holding 'er back, I'll go from there.

Just with all the bad karma with clutches I've heard. Maybe I'm a hypochondriac.

I guess I gotta learn more about TTS as well. I got it to work with my MacBook prior to dropping the bike off.

Thanks for all the help guys. I appreciate it.

HP/Tq numbers as an overall seem to be not too far from each other with the guys running Boarzillas and other large primary pipes. Not real big gains with some of the cam changes either.

30 miles added because of a dyno tune....Comon!! You cant tell me every tech in that shop didnt take it out to help seat the rings for you!!!

Well I went for a ride today, it was just to go get some oil for tomorrow's oil change.

I've been getting advice and help from a couple of great tuners. We'll get 'er all sorted.

Oh, someone asked about primary fluid - HD Formula+

Running B and M Trick Shift in with my Rivera Pro/VPC/Gold spring. 140 plus tq. Just put 900 miles on it at Bike Week. No slip. Crazy power, crazy... Be careful with the front wheel getting light when you hammer it (any gear!)

With the scan I cut off the numbers, So I entered them in. I am a little disappointed in the numbers compared to Harley's Numbers of 135/135. How did they get that with a SE Clutch?

Why is everyone having clutch issues?

I've got an email into Rivera as well.

Harry
That dyno sheet looks like a too restictive pipe to me.
