I burned all my tunes on a CD as MP3 Data files and it plays great.

I go into the folder with all my MP3 files, select the ones I want to burn, then click on the create audio CD selection (Windows 7). Plays in pretty much any CD player I pop it into that way. Burning a data disc and copying over the actual MP3 files instead of creating an audio CD will work as well, as the other poster just mentioned.
I also got the LightScribe CDs so I could burn labels...that is WAY too much fun!
This could get expensive.

CT...they must be MP3. HKaudio will not read MP4, WAV or other formats. Don't ask me how I know....

They do NOT have to be MP3. If so,.........a store bought CD wouldn't work.
