Glad to hear it worked out. I have downloaded and printed out both bulletins. Thank you for the e-mail attachments FrenchBiker. I called them yesterday giving a heads up that I would be coming in soon. Probably be tomorrow.

 

Taking my new to me 09 Ultra in for the 10k service tomorrow, gonna find out about the front tire cupping problem then. It sings pretty loud now, hopefully I'll get a 408F for free.

 

Took it in yesterday, along with the Service Bulletin at 9903 miles. Didn't get it back until today but it has a brand new D408F front tire, at NO COST. Oh, it also has two new bearings but I did pay for them.
Rides like a dream now, smooth as silk but tires still sing when going through a curve. Maybe it is the rear one?

 

Update...first dealer shot me down. Second dealer would only split cost with me. I bought Dunlop American Elites. Ordered through Jake Wilson. Considering I was buying the rear either way it was cheaper and my research says it is a better tire.
