the la choppers lowering kit for FLHRCI 2006 are they safe. please help

not sure what this kit is but i think its lowering blocks,they have a few problems,if u lower the bike without changing the "stiffnes" u will likley bottum out.bottum out enough and the tire will rub the tail light wires till they short out(unless u rerout them) they also lower your lean angle in tight turns u will scrape floorboards much easier.and most lowering blocks change the shock angle and affect the ride and handling.shorter shocks with improved sping rates and damping are the way to go if money isnt a big issuie.
