I am on my 3rd bike from my dealer, Sound Harley in Marysville, Wa. 2 for me and 1 for my wife. They have only been opened since 2007 and do a fantastic job. Whether it be motor clothes, parts or service..... Everyone knows your name and goes out of their way to help.......

I'm happy with Bluegrass Harley in Louisville ky.When I traded my Roadglide for my Ultra Limited I kept the tourpac because they were not giving me any more for the Roadglide.The sales guy I dealt with sold my Roadglide and gave the guy my no.told him about my tourpac and I sold it to him.

 

They weren't terribly interested in selling me a bike. Gave them a credit application, test rode an '09, but they never called me when a RKC showed up. Ended up going to ABC in Waterford and they've treated me really well, if I buy another bike in a couple years it'll be through them.

Plenty of competition in my area so there are a couple better than others. There are 5 or 6 HD shops within 90 minutes of me. I tend to buy parts and other goodies from the ones that honor HOG discounts.
