Default torque values

I dont have a service manual yet, on the way. Can someone tell me the torque values for a few things?
1. Exhaust stud nuts
2. Floorboard bolts
3. Exhaust Clamps
I think thats it for an exhaust change.

If you are doihng your own maintenance you will want your own service manual. Best $60.00 you will ever spend.

What bike do you have (year & model) it makes a difference.

1. Exhaust studs - Tighten Bottom nut rear cylinder 9 - 18 in-lbs first. Tighten top nut rear cylinder to 100-120 in-lbs. Then final tighten bottom to 100-120 in-lbs.
Front exhaust is reverse order. Tighten top nut to 9-18 in-lbs, then bottom to 100-120 in-lbs then final tighten top to 100-120 in-lbs.

2. Cross over clamp to 25-30 ft-lbs.

3. Transmission flange nut 20-25 ft-lbs.

4. Nut holding crossover under the bike 14-18 ft-lbs.

5. Muffler clamps 38-43 ft-lbs

6. Muffler brackets (Two bolts at back wheel) 96-144 in-lbs

I think that's it.

the torca exhaust clamps are meant to be 'one use only'- check that yours are not deformed and will properly seal.

they are usually OK, but...if someone at the factory had a happy wrench they can be deformed.
