Default Power commander with battery unhooked

So I have been making a few changes to the bike this winter and have had the battery un hooked for about 3 months. Does the power commander lose ist memory? Will it have to be re tuned? I havent changed anything except cosmetic. Painted inner, shocks, console etc. Thanks in advance.

No, it won't lose memory. I asked the same thing earlier in the winter and hooked battery up 2 weeks ago and PCIII still works great.

Was it a big deal stripping the inner and getting it painted?
