I don't buy that J&M is "the best speaker available", I can't believe that unless I've heard them all. I'm not going to make a claim of doing that. But I also don't buy that John has attacked anyone here over their comments, although he would have every right to the way you and others talk ****. John has displayed nothing but patience to this billshit, and offered every one of you the oppurtunity for him to satisfy your audio needs, as well as the best audio tech support on this forum. You don't want his help, thats cool. I'm certain he, nor anyone else here gives a ****. Buy someone elses crap.

Just so you can can keep your winning status...I could care less about JMJOHN and his speakers, really. But, I will call anyone's bluff if they claim to have the "best" product without giving hard factual data (and give some BS answer as to why they can't) instead saying it's the "best" because he said so. That's the epitome of being subjective.

To put it in perspective...anyone on the forum would "flame" someone if they were to come on here and say they have the "best" engine build money can buy for a motorcycle but can not and will not post the hard factual data...i.e., dyno sheet. Even if he went head to head and raced to prove it...he'd have to beat everyone. That's like a gazillion motorcycles, right?

I have no opinion on the quality of any of these speakers quite frankly because I've never heard any of them. My question is kinda simple like me....Why are they so expensive? The same sized automotive speakers are much cheaper. I know they are water proof/resistant but does it cost that much more to achieve weather resistance? Wal mart is full of chinese made speakers for $39 bucks. Somebody is making a killing off these things through marketing to the "motorcycle" audio crowd.....Yep, I'm gonna get some too. LOL
