I am. My warranty ends 03/22 and am shopping as well. There was a dealer that was providing 3 year warranty extensions for $1100.00 from WI I cannot remember the name though.

Glad you are doing your research- one more thing -look at the coverage and exclusions.

Some warranties do not cover if common modifications are made ( pipes, air cleaner etc.).

from the Harley website:

*When available
Restrictions apply: See actual contract for specific coverage, exclusions and restrictions.

make sure that you will be covered with your bike the way you want it.

and that it is in writing. ( verbal promises are worth the paper...)

and do you really need, if you plan on selling your bike during that period, the warranty may have no value to the buyer.

'cause if you walk into the dealer in 6 months and upgrade...it has happened.

Any one have a copy of the Harley Extended Warranty so I can read the Fine Print ? 2009 - 2011

What I learned from my 2007 FLHX is as long as I Purchased OEM / SE Harley parts , used Harley approved dealers to install motor upgrades, then I was "OK" but my 2007 was perfect !

When I purchased the '09 bike - even through there were parts not OEM Harley - the warranty was Not voided, "...as long as the parts were purchased at the time of purchasing the vechile and installed by your partipating Harley Dealer....." Example: My Reinharts tips turned purple - replaced no questions asked

It's sucks, but if you use 100% Harley /SE Parts and purchase from your "Purchasimg Dealer" your in good shape, even if you install it.

My "Purchasing Dealer" and I have parted ways , but 2 other dealers have given me my last 4 warranty fixes, and will work with me on my engine modifictaion as not to void warranty - meaning all SE Parts and Harley Labor.............. but I need ext. warranty..........

My friends warranty is also up the end of March. He just got a quote last week in Buffalo, Ny for another two years for 1K. Which did not include tires. I read somewhere that 22% actually make out with extended warranty's. Quite a money maker for the HD. He only has 6K miles after two years so he is not going to extend.

Ohio is a big state, not as big as Texas, but could you narrow down to city - maybe even provide phone number

Kutter Harley was offering a 7 year extended with wheel and tire for $1,485. Best deal I found, just not sure if I'm gonna get it or take my chances.
