I Like the grips opposed to heated gloves because you just hop on the bike and go. It seems for me by the time we all leave the bar and i have my coat pluged in and am ready to go everyone else is pulling out.

so how do you remove the stock grips without ruining them so I can install the heat demons?

Do dome searches. I have seen more than one thread on here talking about it. I haven't taken my grips off...yet...but I've read that if you have an air compressor you can get an air nozzle under the grip and blow it up till it ballons the glue of bars or the whole grip flies off the bars. I've also read that they are not worth saving so screw it, slice'em, and buy some cool new grips.
