I installed mine yesterday, and they seem to heat up fairly quick. Now if they just last a few years I'll be happy. They've come down in price from what I understand too.

I know it's a little off topic. Get some Gerbings heated gloves. Lifetime warranty. Get the grips you really want instead of limiting yourself.

I can't tell, but will Heat Demons work on 1-1/4" bars? I'd like to add a set to the Night Train.

Got em on my 11 FLHTK and they work just fine. Just went on a trip last week to Tennesee and had em on most of the time.

Email them with technical questions like this. If anything, you might need to mill out a bit from the inside of the bars.

It's actually the outside I'm worried about. The switch housing looks like it will only fit 1" bars.

06 SE ULTRA 27,000 miles still work fine. I ride all year as long as snow stays off the road.
