Default What is wrong with this Idle Cable?????

Installing apes on my carbed 2006 FLHRS Road King Custom and ordered new cables from Magnum.

Opened the Idle cable and to my surprise it has some type of electrical connection on it. What is this cable for???? Will it work on my bike??? The cable I pulled out "although not oem" did not have this contraption.

Do I need to order a different cable?

Pics of said wierd cable....

Confirmed, works fine. I would have rather had a plain cable but I don't feel like going through the hassle of returning it.

Now you have the roll off switch all you need is to add the cruise on it
