2 1/2 years and 70,000 miles on the ones that came with the bike. No problems. I'll change them when I notice a loss of performance.

Wow, thats something I was wondering since I've got just under 20k and the electrodes still look good. 70k is impressive

I change at 20K and use the 6R12G (Golds) tried the SE ones and at 3K one failed so do not waste my money on the high end plugs as never had any problems with the 6R12 Golds
