The riding season is among us once again.. I have a ton of cash and a bunch of ideas...

Parts already bought:

Tinted lenses all around. (signals, fender tips, tail light)
T-bag windshield bag
Boom Speakers
Leather Saddlebag Lid Covers

Ordering by tomorrow:
KlockWerks Ergo Standard Chrome Bars (unless someone can tell me a cheaper alternative with the drag style wrist position )
LRS 9" Ultra Dark Tint Shield
Led Turn Signal Kit (just load equalizer) I am making the bulbs myself.
New Style Headlamp and passing lamps
Frenched Visor style Trim ring for both headlamp and Passing signals.
Maybe some mufflers.

How does that sound ?

Btw does anyone know where I can find out what kind of bulbs the signals and tail light are? Are they 1156, 1157?

Don't know what you consider a ton of cash...I'd be looking at some performance upgrades cams, sert, full exhaust etc. And if you have any left PM me and I'll direct you on where to send it.

 

I have 1500 to spend, I was doing all looks. Is there any cheap go fast mods that can be done ?

 

For that much cash you would have a quite a few options on mufflers doing a whole stage 1 with fuel moto. Your bike will run cooler, have better throttle response, and have more power.

That's what I would do in your shoes.

 

You need some performance mods

 

Its still a carb bike, has a stage 1. I have aftermarket mufflers on there but there not loud enough.. I remember a company who took stock mufflers and put in custom removable baffles and they were relatively cheap.

 

Take that 1500 and put it in the bank. Use it for a ride to some rally this summer. You can always add a piece here and there. You got a touring bike ... go tour!

 

Since your bike is carbed, you can do cams, some new slip on mufflers or a full exhaust and rejet. Or you could do cams and big bore and slip ons and rejet.
