I drove to the address they have listed on their website in Fullerton CA and it is closed and the phone number on their website elfaudio.com is out of service.

I see them for sale on E-Bay and I just saw a guy post that he bought one?

I would be very cautious. These kinds of things can only mean one thing and people will do desperate things during desperate times.

 

I have one and if ever went out, I would buy the new rockford fosgate amp for the same price.
