Do all of mine from the right side and keep the side stand down. Also slip the lock so it can only lower a short way if the jack bleeds down. RK is the easiest just put the rear jack rail up against the crossbrace, perfect balance.

Bringing this old thread back for a new question, simply because it was the first thread my search found.

I have one of these Sears lifts rated at 1500 lb that I have used for my Grizzly and figured I would try it on the King. Does anyone use straps attaching the bike to the lift? The lift has attaching points for straps.
