I have one of the older ones, it's wideangle.
Works ok but if doing it again I would get wideangle.

I have it mounted on the top of my helmet or on the handlebars.
The helmet looks weird but takes the best pictures.

I use Rams 2 ball clutch perch mount...one for the gps.. the other for my camera. I adapted a camera mount from an old tri-pod to fit the Ram mount. I can take snap shots or video.

Look at EPIC cameras and their mounts. Cheap alternative and mounts on helmet. Used one on the Dragon with good results.

Actually, I have learned that it is not bad at all even at the stop. You can see in this clip at the time mark from 2:50 - 2:58 minutes. I let the handlebar freely vibrating, and my handlebar has really vibrated during a stop, but you hardly see the vibration in the video.
I think the RAM mount and the stabilization of the camera have been working together.
