metal in primary
I just did my 1k service and i was changing the primary fluid and when i pulled the primary plug and found this chunk of metal. it is no metal shaving the size is probably 1/8 by 1/4 the bike runs great and doesnt have any problem starting
my bike is still under warranty and the local dealer said bring it in but he said it wasnt anything to worry about.
i just wanted to know what the heck did this break off of?
and any other tips

It looks like aluminum. Is it attracted to a magnet? If it is aluminum it could just be debris from the casting of the inner or outer primary. If it ferrous metal (magnetic) I would be more concerned.
In any event its under warranty so I would let the dealer figure it out.

It was stuck to the magnet when I found it
But i tried picking it up with another magnet and it barely sticks to it
