Default Jackpot head pipe HTC Ceramic coating info

Jackpot 2/1/2 stainless steel head pipes are now available with an optional HTC ceramic coating. We are using an exclusive multi step process that includes seperate coatings internally and externally for the best overall results. The external coating is a sterling ceramic finish that not only looks stunning it is also very durable, the internal coating is a compound designed to retain heat in the exhaust stream instead of absorbing it into the exhaust system which allows for maximum scavenging, together these coatings allow for up to 30% lower surface temperatures over an uncoated pipe. This pipe offers the ultimate in construction and heat reduction over the factory system and works with the OEM heat shields. We also offer a lifetime warranty on our head pipes. Here are a few pictures

With the heat issues that the newer models have ceramic coating the exhaust is well worth whatever the cost. It is very effective.

I ordered the new ceramic costed pipes and a set of Fatshots on Monday, already recieved the mufflers, hoping for the pipes today. If my intake and cams ever come in and I can get a good dyno tune, hoping to get rid of some of the almost unbearable heat and finally get some real low end torque.

Jamie... I have your 2-1-2 header that I purchased about 6 months ago on my bike now. Are there any options available to have the coating applied to my "used" pipe? Or would I need to simply replace it with a new ceramic coated version and then try to sell my exisiting pipe? Thanks.

The company that does our coating in California only works with new exhausts and production runs of 100 or more pipes at a time. I would contact Classic Coatings in Sheboygan, WI which does a very good job at a reasonable price.
