Help! Anyone have a Sundowner seat on a RKC
Exactly what he said, I just rolled over 12k miles on mine and I just bought it last April. VERRRRYYYY COMFORTABLE!

+1 Most def moved me forward and slightly down. Keep in mind I am comparing it to the C&C Sport Tour seat. I don't recall what the diff between stock and Sundowner was. Forward, I'd say 1" max and I got used to it quickly. I only use the Sundowner for long trips. I am not completely happy with being moved forward, but since the big trips are always 2-up, it works fine.

+1. Mine moved me down and a little back on my 06 SG. Have to echo Dusty's thoughts on the Sundowner / backrest combo. Has to be the best touring setup I've ever had. 600+ mile days are easy now.

I love my sundowner. I am 6' but only 160lbs. I did not think it moved me forward one bit. Down?.....maybe a tad. It has more of a bucket/pocket to sit in than the stock seat and a little thinner at the sides. If your butt is a little wide, I could see how it moved some people forward. I used to get butt burn also with the stock seat. Since, I rode 500+ in one sitting and still felt great. I think seats are unique to everyone.
Yeah, I'm about 235 lbs. But, I have a large frame
