As other posters have said there is a lot of great luggage that will fit on the passenger seat, including stuff made specifically for this purpose by HD. That said, you might also want to consider putting the luggage rack on your tour pak in addition to this. I installed the king tour pak luggage rack on my EGC, same as on the ultra. Best money I've ever spent, have gotten a ton of use out of it. As I recall it wasn't a lot of cash either.

I've been happy with the products from T-Bag. If you want something inexpensive, just pick up a dry bag from an outdoor store (i.e EMS, REI, Cabela's ,etc) and bungee it on. For about $35 you will be able to get an XL large waterproof bag.

nelson riggs has an awesome bag. I picked one up while in myrtle beach two years ago and it has been very user friendly as well as handy for many trips.

T-Bags are the way I've gone. Check out the Dakota and Bootcase.

T-Bags are great. I have a large one with rollers and another smaller/collapseable one.
