So I recieved a request from one of our fellow forums riders about sponsoring him in the Hoka Hey Challenge, a 10,000 mile race across the country.

He needs close to 7,000 dollars to do the race.

I have a plan to sponsor him and I want to know what you guys think so feel free to weigh in.

I want to auction off one windshield per day here on the forums, any proceeds over the cost of the windshield will go towards IornAss and his attempt at the race. We can all participate in his sponsorship, and you guys can get some windshields at a pretty low price. It seems to me to be a win win win idea.

I'm not sure you could sell one at a profit every day on HDF. You could sell them at a discounted price and ask for a donation on top? I'd support him.

 

exactly, When I say sell them at cost, I would only recoup the exact cost of the windshield, So for example if the windshield costs me $35 and the auction went for 45 then we would give $10 to Iorn ***.

 

im going to start auctioning the windshields in the for sale section so check there for the daily auction and we will see how it goes.

 

I'd certainly support him when I can get the 19" Road King shield. When will it be available? GO IA!!

Ive talked with you guys a couple of times about the 19" shield on the phone. I think Scott (I think thats the owners name) took down my info and said maybe he could send me one for testing (I took it that meant a freebie) when they were ready. If you send me the one I want free of charge, I'll send your suggested retail price if you'll donate the money to IA and I'll post a new pic in my sig with the windshield installed. Would that work?
