Default FM 107 kit completed

98HP/124TQ

Went well, had the cam timing off the first go around, fixed that and now getting better numbers from the dyno. I think I'd have a little more HP if I didn't have the thunder header setup, but I'm not that picky.

I believe this tune was done by Ed at The Dyno Difference, he uses a Dynostar dyno and the numbers will be slighly different than a Dynojet dyno. He does a great job tuning.

Sorry for the lack of details. I had to get a ride in before the rain tomorrow.

2011 SG - Fuel Moto 107kit (no head work). The kit used the TW555 Cam with Woods Directional Lifters. The install went smoothly with the exception of my improper alignment of the cam.

I installed my cam with a tooth off so the timing was wrong. Found this during my dyno where I realized my CCP was only 150psi in each cylinder. With the timing off, the bike produced 92HP/104TQ.

Fixed the timing, CCP is now sitting at 200psi, and back to the tuner this morning. Bike runs very well now and produced 98HP and 124TQ.

I think my HP might be a tad low, I would expect this might be due to the thunder header setup or as Jamie mentioned the difference in dyno setups.

I don't really care about numbers, I care about the ride and it runs and rides very well, I'm real glad I did this.

The guys at fuel moto were very helpful, great customer service.

Ed is awesome at what he does and tunes bikes to where they are really rideable.
