New 2011 RKC w/ missing & wrong parts! Anyone else??

That's what I'm thinking. You got AT LEAST:
Engine finishes and inspection stations
Engine installation and inspections stations
Frame final and inspections stations
Final test and QA stations
What is that 8-10 people or more? Ain't a moco issue - more like labor dispute issue? Moco owns the problem for sure, but holy crap, how many people should they have to hire to get them all to keep their committment to not screw the customer?
I love American products and I support quality labor, but sometimes it gets ridiculous.

what happened isn't the assy. line messed up,it was the dealership took the parts for a warranty job on another bike, or to make a sale on another bike..they figure the buyer of your bike eater wouldn't know the difference or they would put the parts back on when they got in stock..i have been told to do this dozens of times working at dealerships..thats why they gave you a discount to make it rite and have to order the cooler

Not the MoCo...
The MoCo has a state of the art assembly line system where all items are checked off the second they are installed. There is a very slim possibility thatall these items were "forgotten"...
My vote is the dealer removed them intentionally and tried to pass you a load of crap. Plain and simple...they hoped you wouldn't notice.
That is called being "cheeky"...and deserves a run to a different dealer.

Why did you bother to ask us if you thought it would be OK?
