My 08 Ultra has been sitting for a while as I just had time to discover a blown ECM fuse that kept it from starting. After replacing the fuse all was well as far as starting the bike other than it was running on one cylinder it seemed like. I disconnected the PCM III and hooked the ECM back up directly and the bike runs fine. I hooked the PCM III to the computer and reloaded the map and there was no change. I did notice the LEDs on the PCM flickering, not flashing, when the PCM was powered but not running. I am wondering of the PCM is bad?
