Hey Guys (Newbie Still Here)
Guys need to buy new tires for my; 1985 Electra Glide Classic.
Tires that on my bike now are:
FRONT~ MT90B16-71H DUNLOP
REAR ~ MT90B16-72H DUNLOP
Harely dealership wants; $404.00 for WIDE WHITE WALLS plus $100.00
for installation and balancing
Do I look like I got STUPID written on my forehead, I'd shoot myself in the head before I pay that price ![Icon Gunhead](https://www.hdforums.com/forum/images/smilies/icon_gunhead.gif)
Need you help guys on: Where to buy the tires at a RESONABLE PRICE.
They don't have to be Dunlop's (What web sites ) ?
Again NEEDED: WIDE WHITE WALLS for my 1985 H-D

yes, so look online, find the good price-
THEN call your local indy shops ask what they charge to mount and balance- get prices on for service with wheels on the bike, and wheel carried in.
Once you have those prices and you add it up, ask what they charge you for those tires, maybe they meet or beat the price.
- make SURE that you are not getting quoted on a blem.
Then you have enough info to make an informed decision.
Phoenix has 2 shops which specialize in just motorcycle tires--- I bet LV does too.
just so happened last time I need a tire - I was in for warranty service on my 09---- the DEALER matched the indy price on a new rear tire! ( WTF)
remember the wheel bearings on that evo need service every 10000 miles
