Default Another satisfied Mean City Cycles customer!

I took the plunge, shipped my Limited's seat to MCC and received it back within one week, having installed double memory foam front and back, dual heaters and switches and lowered the front seating position by one inch. Unfortunately when the seat arrived, the rear heater switch was in contact by the optional grab handles my wife had to have. Allen was very apologetic and assured me that he'd correct the mistake by relocating the switch and replace the vinyl. Since the seat was going to be re-sewn, I inquired about having the leather upgrade, but the price was way outside my budget, especially since I'd already invested nearly $450. When the seat was shipped back to me a week later, I was greeted by a very nice email stating that for my trouble, the leather upgrade was installed at no charge!! Talk about going above and beyond to please the customer! I can't praise Allen and his team enough. The quality of their workmanship is flawless and there focus on customer satisfaction is unbeatable. BTW, it was 70 degrees here in Philly today and I took a 5 hour ride in Amish country, the seat was so comfortable I could have ridden all day. Thank you Allen!

This must be an omen cause i was just at their website. I was thinking about ditching my Comfort Stitch seat but after seeing and hearing what can be done with them for roughly $150 its a no brainer.

Sounds like they know how to do business ... anyone can make a mistake but it takes someone special to turn it into an opportunity to create goodwill by going above and beyond ! BTW ... screw you and your 70 degrees ( envious as hell - ya that's me )

It's nice riding up there. I haven't been up to Amish Country in a few years. I too have had the crew at MCC do my seat and man oh man what a difference. And I've only put about 60 miles on. My sister-in-law lives in Phoenixville and I plan to take a ride back to Valley Forge Park for a springtime photo shoot at the park to compliment my wintertime collection. http://www.davehoffmanphotography.co...56963444_QS5FB

enjoy the seat and the landscapes up there.

Can't wait to get mine done - Scheduled for March 10th! Yeah - weather was great here yesterday. Too bad I had to work. Today I think I'd get blown off the bike!

That's the kind of people I want to do business with and have heard/read nothing but good on Alan and MCC. This is the best kind of advertising a company can get, on a forum frequented by so many people. If I ever have to have seat work done I know where I will be taking my business.
