Default Rolling the Bars

I am trying to bring the bars closer to me. I have been told that I might get the bars a little closer to me if I roll them a little. The question is which way do you roll them, up or down, to get closer? I have a 11 FLHTK and have already done the reach seat.

buy the time u tear the fairing apart and pull the ignition, might want to have a set of bars with more pullback ready to go on, if ya dont need then return them,if u do need them it will save a lot of work.for me the harley reach bars were horrible they had a wrist angle i didnt like, they came off the next day.
