When it comes to a quick cleanup, the best money I've spent is the small California Duster from Walmart, then use Turtle wax Ice detailer with microfiber towels. I do this after a ride if I didn't get caught in the rain. If the latter, I wash it with Ice car wash after rinsing the dirt off.

 

Rinse with water and use Lucas Slick Mist. No streaks. I used to use Honda Spray Cleaner until I tried Slick Mist.

 

Scrubbin' Bubbles works excellently. It is a bathroom foamy cleaner. No ill effects to report. Almost no rubbing required. Then, I would get it off with a spray detailer or warm water.

IMO, try to take some water to wipe any dirt off first. I'm sure any of the products the guys listed will work. Usually we all have a few we like better than another.
