I ordered one from incmoto on the 13th, and when I
got home this afternoon the package was on the porch.
I have been anxious to get this in and opened the pkg.
right then and IT WAS EMPTY!!! I have never had this
happen to me before and it was delivered UPS and yes
it was sealed. I contacted imcmoto and they called me
back within 40 minutes and apologized after saying that
their inventory was correct, we will get you one on the way
right now and email you the tracking info. I was asked to
keep the box that was empty for at least 5 days as UPS
may come look at it.
I am very happy with the way they conducted business
with me, and working to resolve this for me.

 

old thread, but this information my help somebody...i would say save money, but it will be the same either way you go. I would stray away from the HD version as to one more person agrees, it makes your ear EXTREMELY sore. After about 45 min of wearing it, my left ear was in extreme pain. I will be ordering the J&M headset. I say you wont save money, well maybe 20 dollars, because you have to buy the cord separate and from what it looks like, I can use the curly cord that came with the HD headset with the J&M. I need to get a comfortable one soon because I am leaving for vacation with a group and we use CB to communicate.

 

Take that back, I dont think you can use the HD curly wire. Plug appears to be different.
