As stated, I've also heard that just about any after-market air cleaner will give your engine all the air it needs, so it's really more about looks. I think Heavy Breathers look sweet on tricked out bikes, but always preferred the look of the lower profile air cleaners for standard bikes. Hence the reason I just ordered a HD Screamin Eagle oval-shaped chrome air cleaner. Found one for $205 shipped on Ebay. My 2nd choices were the V&H round chome a/c and the Ness Big Sucker. Just buy what you like and enjoy...!!!

i had the AN chrome full cover on my '06...looked ok...may put it on my black '11...

or try the black cover off my Crossbones...

I run mine open with a sock on it and have several covers for it. These guys make awesome covers too. http://www.azece.com/orderairstock.htm

Before you buy something, you may want to take off your stock cover and look at the mess of a wiring block to the left of the intake. It's not going to look as clean and neat as the ones pictured above with a small round, or no, cover.

Any one have a pic of what Spurrs is referring to. The dealer is doing the work for free as part of my sales deal so I won't see it until its done.

it's a PM Super Gasser Air Cleaner. I have a rainsock but never used it.

I was thinking about getting the Arlen Ness Double Barrel Air Cleaner. I'm not sure if thats a Stage 1 A/C tho
