i dig it. definately something different. i like the orange one better though. may not be the most pratical ride but i bet you can find pretty easily in the parking lot.
Nothing like a 30" wheel up front. I thought 21" was nice looking, then 23's came out, etc... Baggers are going through the evolution process of customization like choppers did back in the early/mid 2000. Eventualy, people will get sick of seeing these totaly tricked out baggers and start some new fad, like cafe' racers, etc...
I actually liked it when no one liked the RG and hardley ever saw them on the road. Now, there are starting to show up all over the place. Local dealer can't keep them in stock. Oh well, it's all about riding and having fun.
I have seen the orange version in person and it was a very nice "show" bike. The blue one looks even better in regards to detail, but that color does not work for me.
For what these bikes are (show bikes) they are nicely done but not practical for riding across the country.
Definitely a different look for an RG, would like to see it in person, and would prefer a different color.
if you go to his website and click on gallery tab on top, then click on custom bikes then on the left side of page side go to page 5 and click on ddultimate bagger. you can then see 7 pics pics from all different angles including the trick rear exhaust...also a couple of batwings for you more traditional type http://www.ddcustomcycle.com/flash.html
Very Cool looking bikes, I would be scared I would get it dirty or scratch it or something. I like something that is practical to ride. (instead of something to look at)
