I think it must be...

It was offered at Bergen County H-D in NJ, I did not know about it until I went to buy parts from them. My old dealer had gone out of business and it was the first time I had gone to them. They told me about it and said for this month it would also apply to the bike, it really was the thing that pushed me over the line to get it.

Keep the name, fitting reminder of a great bike while you enjoy the new one. Congrats!

The chrome forks are just the beginning BTW.

That is a good point IndyClassic. I have a lot of great memories with that bike. And for better or worse, I know exactly what you mean that the chrome forks are just the beginning... somehow- the fuelmoto icon on the site looks really appealing to me now !

medicjaycook- really glad to hear that you like the explorer, so far all we have done was stop and look at them on the dealer lot when it was closed. The mrs loves the way it looks and from what i've read they made a lot of safety improvments, hoping she likes it when she gets behind the wheel.

Hot Damn!! Congrats ... wow, I couldn't imagine the difference you'd feel in the ride. Glad you seem to get the red carpet treatment. Have fun.

I know the feeling. I walked into the dealer last week looking for a couple of simple chrome pieces for my Heritage that would have cost about $100 and walked out with a new Road King.

Maybe we should form a support group!

Exactly why I don't sit on them or stare at them.

Congrats on the new ride.
