I don't know why they don't make this clearer in the description. The HD deflectors will not and it is so stated in the accessory catalog, so I emailed the aftermarket outfit last summer and they said theirs wouldn't fit with lowers either. So, why don't they mention this in their descriptions, as I would think that little tidbit of info would be important to those who've installed lowers?

 

There are a few folks that successfully installed the wind deflectors with keeping the lowers on. Someone here on the forum has them, can't remember his screen name but it is something like MNPGrider or something

 

It is MNPGrider, go to his albums and you'll see his Ultra with lowers and the fork deflectors
