I have the Avon Air cushion grips. Love the look. I couldn't handle the large cicumference of the Kuryakyns. The Avons are much slimmer. You may like that or not.

My last two bikes were used and came with ISOs and HD Chrome and Rubber large diameter grips. I instantly liked the HD grips better ... very comfortable and alot of grip regardless of gloves or temperature. I just put them on the new bike because I wasn't able to find a set of PM or Avon grips to check the diameter.

I believe there is another thread showing that the Avon Renthal grips are too short for TBW bikes with 1.25+ bars. They leave an ugly gap.

Was not aware of this as I just received my 1.25" Carlini's and was going to use the Avon Renthal grips on my '10 RKC. I will have to look into this.

Ok I appreciate the heads up, that gap would have made me very upset, lol to say the least.

Hopefully I can get my bars on in the next few days.........
