Default 5' 4" and need Handlebars

My wife is 5' 4" and I need to put new handlebars on her bike. She has a 2011 Street Glide. I need a bar that does not have much more rise but has more pullback. She can reach the bars ok going down the road but when she turns right she is reaching for the clutch. I am thinking of the Wild One's 575. I would appreciate any knowledge and advice anyone has on this subject.

I would also like to know the best place to buy all the wiring extenders that will be needed.

Thanks in advance for all the help.

Drag Specialties has the wire extenders, they are made by Namz. I can't help you with the bars.

for clutch cable look at magnum cables they make a +4 and its a no lube cable, they claim lighter pull on the clutch, with less adjusting ,no stretch.

Can't help you too much with bars, but you shouldn't be needing any wiring extenders. I bought a set of Carlini bag drags which I got for style, my wife says they feel better to her, but she seldom rides my bike, take a look at the site and see if they may be close to what your looking for.

Take a look at the Wild One Chubbies 517. On my 09 Road King they bring the bars up and back to where they are just perfect for me. I am 5'6". Also, the 517 uses all the stock cables, no changes necessary.

You got by with the stock clutch cable on your RK but it won't work on the Street Glide where the cable goes inside the faring. The rest of the wiring and throttle cables should work.
