Has anyone used Lake Shore HD for parts?

i used them for everything. i delt with bill sparks from parts. customer service was great then i talked one of the dealers in my area to drop 20% like them and i would buy from them. i spent plenty of money as u all do so they decided to do it so now i deal locally. i guess the dealer thought better to have the buisness than not..if my dealer would put a stop on the discount i would go right back to lakeshore!

They were going to ship everything else to me but I canceled the order instead.

I always got the same story, 1 item holding up order, then the weather has been bad, Harley moved its parts warehouse to different location, BLAH BLAH BLAH....
Same excuses with BOTH orders about a month apart, so I think they are pretty standard answers now....
Funny thing, my local dealer has either always had everything in stock, or had it for me in less than a week, so I don't think its the fact that the MOCO moved its parts warehouse....

I just ordered the hydraulic upgrade cam plate from them. I call, they said it was on hand but another part I wanted was not. So, I ordered the cam plate. It was on my front porch a week later. t did take them a couple of days to ship, but that is not a big deal. I will order from them again.

I ordered just over $800.00 (msrp) of add ons for my 2011 Road King. I saved $160.+ off the top… then another $50.+ in no taxes… and free shipping. Everything came quickly and in perfect condition. So I got over $850.00 in chrome delivered to my door for $640.00… that is a BIG saving from where I come from.
