IMO bigger is better and you will probably replace straps more often than the anchors. I'd put the largest anchors (with in reason) that would physically fit and I'd mount them as securely as possible.

Don't skimp on the straps either. Good quality straps are worth the cost. They work smoother and last longer. 1200lb rating minimum.

for your Ultra, positioning the anchors is critical because of the fairing lowers...soft ties to the frame downtube...

I use heavy eye bolts with large flat washers on both sides of the floor, turned so that force on the bolt pulls the eye shut, not open. It's not going anywhere. And if I need to remove them for some reason it's a pretty quick job.

Why not buy one that is solid and not worry?
