Default need a little more rumble

looking to make the bike a little louder.... Someone said maybe take a little packing out of the baffles? will this do it? or would this also mess up the dyno? I guess vance and hines dont make a louder baffle only a quiter one.

It would help to know what kind of pipes you are running now. I have a set of Jackpot Dynotuned on the for sale board that will give you more rumble than stock.

If you are running stock and just looking more noise you can bore the baffles out but you will lose a bit of low end and back pressure...good slip ons will work..I have Screaming Eagle touring slip ons and love em. I wouldn't want them any louder. My baffles are removable so i can play with the insides.

I wouldnt take to much packing out, besides the effect it has on sound, it also absorbs heat so the outside of your mufflers wont blue. I will put up with a little quietness to keep my slip ons from blueing, lol. On the bright side, it will let me hear the tunes a little better. Good luck and stay safe.
