Default Can't pump air to rear shocks

Tried to put some air pressure in the rear shocks on my '05 EG Classic today. I was using a simple Bell bicycle hand pump. I could not pump any air through the valve at all. Only had the bike about a month, so this was the first time I've tried adding air pressure. There is no pressure at all. Any ideas?

Check lines for pinholes.
Check fittings to insure air line is properly seated.

Check all your connections, and make sure the connection on your pump is depressing the valve core correctly.

That would blow the lines on my ultra. That is why you use a hand pump that harley sells.

There is a special pump the lines are only rated at a super small psi. ITs easy to blow em and expensive to fix em

You will need to use a pump made with the correct fitting to fit the valve. The schrader valve is positioned lower inside the fitting thus needing the correct pump. The lines are not the limiting factor as far as air pressure, they would hold 150 psi or even greater. The issue is the shock seal.

Thanks, kruzin. Your diagnosis sounds accurate. Any ideas where to get a HD pump, other than the super expensive dealer?
