Default Good tuners in florida???

A buddy and I are heading down to bike week in Daytona. He is looking to get his bike dyno tuned. He called Doc but he wont dyno with a race tuner. Is there anyone else down in the florida area that is good that will deal with a race tuner besides the stealers? Any info would be great

Generally when you got to Daytona there are a few of the vendors that will do tunning, either on Main street, by the race track, and even at BR's destination daytona, who is the tuner made by? Maybe the manufactuer will have reps there that can guide you. I know somebody there will be able to help you.

in Daytona you have Carl's Speed Shop, not sure if they will do a race tuner, in Tampa you have Wes at Cycle Rama

I don't mean on the strip of daytona for a tuner. We are going to be at bike week but could ride anywhere in florida to get his bike tuned. It seems like more tuner prefer to tune the TTS over the SERT. Anyone know why?

Try Barry at Crank and Chrome http://cranknchrome.net/ He's got a great reputation and is fairly reasonable.

If you don't already have the SERT go to Doc and get the TTS.

You can try Scooters in Sanford. Their dyno page mentions SEPST, PC and TTS.

http://www.scootersperformance.com/frames.htm

I have not used them, but other may have.

I just have a PCIII and basic mods(TD's,Slip-ons and SE A/C).

Anyone have an idea what this would cost to have done.

Naturally, I'm right in daytona .

Get a service manual, a buddy to help, 6 pack of beer, a pizza, and have at it. Those mods are not difficult to do yourself. It's a waste to pay someone for such basic bolt ons.
