Question 2011 Street Glide exhaust options?

I just picked up my new FLHX yesterday. I have read a few threads and responses on here about exhaust and performance upgrades. I am thinking about the 4 inch Rineharts, and am stuck between the slip ons or the true duals. What other ideas do y'all have about exhaust. I am wanting a deep rumble- and to be heard going down the road! Also, any thoughts about which Stage 1s or other performance upgrades for the bike would be appreciated!
Thanks!

I went with the 4 inch Rinehart slip-ons...not loud, not quiet..but a nice sound...didnt wanna drown out my music or be obnoxious..i like the look...my buddy put the vance & hines on his...i like the looks of those and they sound pretty much the same...it really depends what you like...as they say...to each their own...

Had the slipons on mine , returned them to dealer and went with pro pipe h.o. If you have to have duels go with vance and hines complete system

You might want to check out one of the site sponsers exhaust systems (Fuel moto) before tou make your final decision.

Check out MGS Performance, they have true duals in chrome and black ceramic, 4" mufflers, and they include a Ness Air Cleaner, and a PC5 pre programmed for the filter and the exhaust, they have an awesome sound and the quality is great. And the whole package runs about 1200 bucks shipped.

I'll be getting my 2011 SG in about 3-4wks.I was thinking about breaking it in stock & getting some V&H Power duals with 4"twin slash round slip ons w/stage 1 kit & either getting it dynoed at dealer or fuel pak & doing it myself.Good idea?bad idea?

When you are adding pipes to the newer bikes, in 2010 they cat was moved to the header pipe. If you want a better performing exhaust you need to remove the headers too. The good part is that there are many options, V&H, Bub, FM and Reinhart to name a few. There are many posts on this, if you search for exhaust you should be able to find them.

I have been happy with the performance gains from the stage 1. I would not pay for the dealer remap of the ECM, but go with an aftermarket ECM. \
