Default Ape Hangers Cycle Smith 13"

looking to put 13" on my 05 electraglide. I have been told the wires will stretch but will i need new cables? what size and what do they cost? I have also been told that you can still see out of your fairing mount mirrors from looking under your arms?also there is a special cap(top}that i have seen for support?

any input or advice before i purchase these would be very much appreciated.thanks in advance........

Put Wild One WO575's on mine (10.5 inch) and got away with re-routing clutch and bending brake line. Will do for now, but new cables and lines will make her look better. 13's will absolutely need new cables.

The wires will work, you will have to relocate them. The Clutch and brake lines will be +6. Cost are different, and as far as seeing out the mirrors, it all depends on how far foward or back you set the bars, how tall you are, and how the switches are twisted on the bars. I had them on my Street Glide they were extremely comfortable.

I have those bars and kept the stock mirrors, works perfect for me at 5'10 and a Mustang Solo Seat. I extended the wires since I had everything apart because I didn't want to have to figure out how to route them differently. Cables are all +6.

Thank you . Do you use the stock mounts and does the fairning need to come off or can you get to it with just loosening it up?
