I am 5'11" with a 32" inseam. I sit on a C&C fastback which sits me lower and back then stock. Since I have the stock bars I do hunch forward a bit which lowers my head. Up to 60mph it is very calm and pleasant. I can feel wind on top of my helmet above 60-70 and some air starts to move around but it is nothing like the KW 12". Way more quiet than the KW. above 70 air flow is very evident, but calm compared to KW and still much quieter. I can go 80 without discomfort for a long time now with this shield and the looks are killer. If I had a RGC I doubt any wind would get to me since it is lowered in the back, taller fairing in the front.

And it has been said before. The mounting parts Cee Bailey sends with the shield kick serious a** over the HD stuff. Solid mounting for sure with clean lines where the shield meets the fairing. Piece of advice. Make sure you keep downward pressure on the screw when turning it or the well nut might bulge out of the hole and cause a gap between the shield and fairing. Don't ask me how I know this.

I just noticed you have a 2010 RG. 13" would give you terrific protection but your line of sight might be to tall. You could go 12" and still be good with wind and good line of sight. Cee Bailey told me you get one free cut, meaning if you want to adjust the height down just pay for the shipping. Check with them on this. Get the 13" and if it is more than you need they'll take it down.

Great choice! You and I had the same timing. I just installed my new Cee Glide shield 3 hours ago. Dark smoke but only 13". I really wanted to keep the killer look of the 12" KW I've had, but with quieter air and boy did I get it. 13" on an 09 frame and fairing isn't going to remind you of riding in a car, but it is much quieter then the KW with much better protection. Above 70 mph there is wind for sure, but I love it. It's a motorcycle. I have not doubt you'll get a nice calm pocket with the 15". The quality of this shield is 2nd to none. On the road you can see through it, but there is no way I'd do that on a regular basis.

Shot one is the KW 12". The next two are the Cee Glide by Cee Bailey 13" dark gray. It is much darker than the KW. It rises up more than the KW and the contours are less pronounced which makes the wind noise way lower.

That's just what I wanted to see. Thank you very much. The CB seems to be quite a bit taller but maybe it's because it seems more upright also. Thanks again,

Because it is more upright it is nearly in inch taller for the same size. Had I gone 12" Cee Glide it would have been 3/4 in. taller just because of the angle. This 13" is at least 1.5 to 2 in. taller than the KW 12. That was fine with me because I looked at least 4in over the KW12 so I knew it wouldn't effect me. I love this height. Much more quiet, Wind no longer hurts at high speeds, and I still get some air. I have not been in the saddle for a ride longer than 20 minutes. If I commute to work this week I'll have a much better review. Light was bad. I'll take better shots tomorrow.

just installed the Cee Bailey 13" Cee Glide (dark gray) on my 2011 FLTRX. 10% off. Much better than stock. Can still feel the wind on my face but not getting knocked around if that makes sense. I'm 6'1" and if you look on their website they recommend the 14" for my height but I thought that would be too tall and I was right. I wanted to be able to look just over the top of the shield and that is the case. Install was a breeze using their hardware--in fact I think is more secure than stock--the molding was already coming loose on the stock screen and you dont need it on the cee glide.
