I found a set of brand new pipes off a 2011 Street Glide FLHX a dealership had took off on E-bay for $140 (plus shipping $49). I have a 2010 like you. I just got them yesterday so I'll look closer to the co2 ports when it warms up later this morning. Plus I have to go buy about $30 worth of clamps and hangers at my local dealer. But BEWARE if you do find some, that the seller wraps the pipes in towels or something to protect the chrome!!! My mufflers were scuffed in shipping because some highschool kid threw them in a Vance & Hines box and shipped them with nothing to protect the finish. Fortunately the mufflers took the brunt of the scratches and the vital head pipe/heat shields weren't bad. I believe I can swap the rear shield (lite scratches)with my stock 2010 shield. I did however call gothd on E-bay and they refunded my shipping. She was very nice and apologetic. I'm ordering some 3 1/2" Rinehart slip-on's with those cool Arleness tips next week so the mufflers didn't matter too much.

Yes, you can do this. It is a great idea because the '09 doesn't have the CAT in the headpipe. All the newer models do. The stock '09 is actually a good head pipe that helps produce a good bit of torque.

The PowerCommander V has you remove the wires to the CO2 sensors when you install it... I guess the PCV does it's magic without them if you have the right map... I was a little skeptical at first but seems to run OK. My worry is that the PCV comes with wire caps for the main bike wiring harness but not the stock CO2 sensors.. so the bike's wires are protected from the elements but not the sensors... I guess they want you to buy their auto-tune setup which replaces the sensors...
