File tha accident with your insurance company and let them fight it out with the other drivers insurance. That is what you pay them for..

I would visit the police and let them in on the "no insurance coverage". Sounds to me like this jerk is really commiting fraud on you. I would also at least consult an attourney.

Ya forsure. Already thought about that. My pops is an attorney so I got that covered. My ins actually called me to take my statements. I thought that was fast. I let them know about this dip ***** fast one he was trying to pull.

Man I hate ignorant people.

He told me I was scared and that why I fell. I wanted to punch this retard in the face. And to be quite honest if my neighbor did not show up I probably would have.

At the dr's getting looked at. They popped me two vicodins. So I think I will be cool

No. Because he stayed. There is not a ticket for attempting to leave.

He was just listed as dip **** number 1.
