my question is. Doe's anyone use a different type of receiver for the Zumo 550 besides the GXM-30. I would like to add Sat radio to my Zumo. The GXM-30 is a little pricey.

 

The Antenna, is also the receiver, so your locked in. I found mine on Ebay and saved some money.

The GXM30 is the only compatable reciever that will work through the 550. I recently purchased a 665 and have my 3 yr old GXM30 as extra. I'd be willing to part with it for $70 if you're interested. PM me. -- Tom
