Don't get wrapped up on dyno numbers....it's a sick addiction that cost me three exhaust systems and a cam swap....if the bike runs great and you enjoy it as is, save the money for other upgrades....my experience....be cautious on dyno to dyno and bike to bike comparisons, as there is variation in everything....

BTW, you can do a 255 upgrade on your TC96 for $200-300 if you buy used cams, reused the stock pushrods, and DIY. Quite a few of us have done it and it isn't difficult if you can follow directions. There are some good threads on doing this and the manual is generally very good in its step-by-step approach.

As has been mentioned, don't get overly concerned about dyno numbers. They are great for comparing your bike on the same dyno in the same location against mods you have made. That being said I have had my stage 1 bike for a year and a half and the addition of cams and a good tune made it much more fun to ride. Not saying I won't look for more down the road but I'm very happy for now.....

It's easier to cut the stock pushrods and use adjustables if you don't mind spending just a bit more money. Cam swaps are easy, and can be done in a few hours. You'll need a new tune though.

Yep, I did my cams last February and then my big bore a few months later. I do all my own stuff except tuning. My backyard shop isn't super nice, but I've got a lift and tools too if you need a place to do it. I'm in Loganville. I'll PM you my email address as I haven't been on the forum a lot lately.
