Venting A/C oil blow by to atmosphere instead of letting it back into my breather where it can gum up my throttle body good idea or not? Any recommendations on how to DIY??

Good idea. You can use pretty much any type hose you want. It causes extra carbon buildup in the combustion chamber.

I think they make kits for that were they use a little CHROME filter on the end , maybe to keep stuff out of the motor

How is this the fix?
He wants to vent to atmosphere, not back into the intake.

Just ignore it. They all do it. If you let it sit more then a few weeks it appears worst then it is. Harley says the slight vacuum keeps the one way valves in the system from fluttering and by venting it make it get worse over time. Just wipe its nose once in a while. The oil will not gum up the body. Besides its a $10k fine and you are adding pollution to are air.
